Editorial Note

Medical Case Reports [2471-8041] is running successfully since 2015. It is our pleasure to announce that journal published Volume 5 with 4 quality regular issues in the year 2019. Medical Case Reports publishes a intensive valuable collection of cases in all disciplines so that healthcare professionals, researchers and others can easily find clinically important information on common and rare conditions.

During the calendar year 2019, Medical Case Reports (IPMCRS) received a total of 32 papers, out of which 5 articles (15%) were rejected in the preliminary screening due to plagiarism or being out of the format and peer review process. During 2019 around 27 articles were subjected for publication after they are accepted in the peer review process. In the 4 issues of Volume 5 published during the year 2019, a total of 27 articles were published (at an average of 6 articles per issue) of which, articles were published from authors all around the world including original research, review and case reports in the volume 5 focusing on critical topics on Medical Cases. Current volume covered different case reports on cardiology, neurology, diabetes, cancer.

All published articles of this journal are included in the indexing and abstracting coverage of Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, Cosmos Impact Factor, CiteFactor, Electronic Journals Library, Secret Search Engine Labs, and Directory of Research Journal Indexing (DRJI). Studies receiving funding from a funding organization that is included on the list of PMC and Research Funder Policies or authors having NIH grant were submitted to PubMed.

Case reports stay a significant wellspring of proof for uncommon conditions or remarkable treatment situations. Huge preliminaries are unrealistic in such cases, and IPMCRs offer significant treatment data. Run of the mill models incorporate the depiction of another or beforehand undescribed hereditary condition with an atypical legacy design or the administration conditions of individual patients with regards to geographic or physiological limits. Without bigger informational indexes, these individual cases offer important data for healthcare professionals in treating any comparative patients when they happen. We trust the database will develop a significant resource for clinicians, academicians, and researchers that monitor medicine side effects, new and emerging diseases and changes in patterns of known diseases.

Upcoming volume 6 in 2020 journal mainly focuses on symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patient disease in different areas like Coronavirus, COVID-19, Cardiology, Neurology, Cancer, Diabetes, HIV, Obesity, Surgery case reports. We invite scholars, academicians, researchers and industry experts around the global to contribute their scholarly literature findings, review studies or paper, white paper, case studies and research articles.

Medical Case Reports has increased Readership Metrics (By Google Analytics) which are 339386 journal visitors and Insight Medical Publisher has more than 30 million visitors. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the exertion and skill that you add to reviewing, without which it is difficult to keep up the high standards of peer-reviewed journals to the editors and reviewers who supported the journal.
