A chest and abdomen PET-CT scan revealed no lymphadenopathy, and cardiac echography, carotid ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA), and Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) were all normal. She was treated with intravenous methylprednisolone 1000 mg every day for 3 days followed by an oral prednisolone tighten. Except for an Anti-Nuclear Antibody (ANA) that was positive at 1:320 with a dense fine speckled pattern, serologic testing was negative for infectious and non-infectious causes of retinal vasculitis[1-3].
